Provision of the same data is optional, but your refusal to the provision and subsequent processing thereof will make it impossible for the undersigned to enter the data in its archive and consequently to contact youto establish any relationship.

The acquired data will be processed solely for the labour recruitment activity carried out for its own corporate requirements.

The following categories of recipients may have access to your data in the course of data management: persons tasked with processing or internal and external processors identified in writing and to whom specific written instructions have been given, such as:

1. employees of the personnel office of Glass 1989 S.r.l. and the parent company Wellness Solutions S.r.l.;
2. departmental managers who are employees of Glass 1989 S.r.l. and the parent company Wellness Solutions S.r.l.

The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. With regard to all processed personal data, you may exercise the rights under articles 15et seq.of the Regulation EU 2016/679 (right of access, rectification, erasure,restriction, objection and portability of data) within the limits and on the conditions provided for therein.
